Specifications:

Rot resistant 3 ways

1-Wood Species:
Gurjan throughout highly durable wood species. Rotary cut British Standard 1088.
2-Treating:
Surface dipped coating of copper sulfate sodium dichromate and chromic acid for termite and rot resistance.
3-Plywood Bonding type:
WBP type glue with Protecto-GLP Phenol-Formaldehyde resin added as a glue line poison for termite and rot resistance.

Boil water stability:                         no delamination after 200 hours boiling

Mean glue shear strength                1 newton/mm2

Pressing technique                          100% pre-pressing and then hot pressing

Moisture content                             7-11%

Density                                            750 kg/m2

Static bending strength                      M.O.E. 8500 N/Sq. mm  M.O.R: 65N/Sq.mm
